By accessing or using our website, purchasing our products, or using any of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and customers of hawaa.in and any related applications or services offered by Hawaa. We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time, and your continued use of our services following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

Hawaa designs and sells smart air purifiers, replacement filters, and related accessories. All product descriptions, images, and specifications on our website are provided for informational purposes and may be subject to change without notice.

We make every effort to display product colours and features as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that your device's display accurately reflects the actual appearance of our products. Product availability is subject to change, and we reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue any product at any time.

Smart home features: Certain Hawaa products offer integration with Google Home and other smart home platforms. These integrations are subject to the availability and terms of the respective third-party platforms, and we do not guarantee uninterrupted compatibility with third-party services.

By placing an order on hawaa.in, you are making an offer to purchase the selected products subject to these terms. All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, errors in pricing or product information, or suspected fraudulent activity.

Pricing: All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. The price applicable to your order is the price displayed at the time of purchase.

Payment methods: We accept payments via credit cards, debit cards, UPI, net banking, and other payment methods as displayed at checkout. All payments are processed through secure, PCI-DSS compliant payment gateways. You agree to provide accurate and complete payment information.

Order confirmation: Upon placing an order, you will receive an email confirmation with your order details. This confirmation does not constitute acceptance of your order. We will notify you when your order has been dispatched.

We currently ship to addresses within India. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on your location, product availability, and shipping conditions. We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, transportation disruptions, or customs processing.

Shipping charges: Shipping fees, if applicable, will be calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase. We may offer free shipping promotions from time to time at our discretion.

Risk of loss: The risk of loss for purchased products passes to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier. We recommend inspecting your package upon delivery and reporting any damage or discrepancies within 48 hours of receipt.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your Hawaa purchase. If you are not satisfied, you may request a return within 15 days of delivery, subject to the following conditions:

• The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received
• Replacement filters and accessories that have been opened or used are not eligible for return
• Products damaged due to misuse, negligence, or unauthorised modifications are not eligible for return
• Return shipping costs may apply and will be communicated at the time of return authorisation

Refund processing: Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.

To initiate a return, please contact our support team at support@hawaa.in with your order number and reason for return.

Hawaa air purifiers come with a limited manufacturer's warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. The warranty period and coverage details are specified with each product at the time of purchase.

What is covered: Manufacturing defects, faulty components, and hardware malfunctions that occur under normal use conditions during the warranty period.

What is not covered:

• Damage caused by misuse, accidents, negligence, or unauthorised modifications
• Normal wear and tear, including filter degradation from regular use
• Damage resulting from use with incompatible accessories or power sources
• Cosmetic damage such as scratches or dents that do not affect functionality
• Damage caused by exposure to extreme environmental conditions beyond specified operating ranges

To make a warranty claim, please contact us at support@hawaa.in with your proof of purchase and a description of the issue.

To access certain features of our website and services, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update your information as necessary. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that contain inaccurate or incomplete information, or that are used in violation of these terms.

You must notify us immediately at support@hawaa.in if you become aware of any unauthorised use of your account or any other breach of security.

All content on hawaa.in, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, video clips, digital downloads, and software, is the property of Havva Innovations Private Limited or its content suppliers and is protected by Indian and international intellectual property laws.

The Hawaa™ name, logo, and all related product names, design marks, and slogans are trademarks of Havva Innovations Private Limited. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any of our trademarks without prior written permission.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use our website for personal, non-commercial purposes. This licence does not permit you to modify, copy, distribute, transmit, display, reproduce, or create derivative works from our website or its content.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Havva Innovations Private Limited, its directors, employees, partners, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:
